"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are."

Professional Background:

I spent the first part of my professional life working in corporate sales and management. After taking time off to focus on my family, I made the decision to go back to graduate school, charting the course to become a therapist. My own profound experience of healing and growth through therapy inspired me to become a therapist. I am passionate about supporting my clients’ process of gaining a deeper understanding of oneself, to navigate challenges, to grow and to heal.

Education and Training:

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine, a Masters in Business Administration from USC and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.  I completed my training at The Maple Counseling Center working with individuals, adolescents, families and couples.
